Description
The Reach Type 2 to Schuko adapter converts the output of a compatible Type 2 EV charging station into a Schuko socket for suitable electrical equipment. It is an output adapter, not a cable for charging an EV from a household socket. The charging station and local rules must permit this use.
- Connectors: Type 2 input to Schuko socket.
- Nominal current: 16A.
- Maximum stated power: 3.5 kW.
- Nominal voltage range: 110-250V; the supplier also describes standard 220V Schuko use.
- Protection rating: IP44.
- Warranty: 24 months.
IP44 provides limited protection against solid objects and splashing water; it does not make the adapter waterproof. Inspect the adapter before use, keep connections dry, do not exceed the rating and follow the charging-station operator's and equipment manufacturer's instructions.
