Description
The black Alpina springform set consists of three parts: a latched ring, a removable flat base and a removable Bundt tube base. The assembled tin measures approximately 26 cm in diameter and 7 cm high. Choose the flat base for an ordinary cake or quiche and the tube base for a ring-shaped Bundt cake.
Fit the selected base evenly in the ring and close the latch before adding batter. The metal surfaces have a non-stick coating, so use non-metal utensils and avoid scratching or cutting inside the tin. The set is intended for oven use, not for a microwave or dishwasher. Let it cool, release the latch carefully, hand-wash with a soft sponge and dry every part before storage.
