Description

The Alpina square baking tin is made from 0.4 mm carbon steel and has a black non-stick coating. Its straight-sided shape can be used for cakes, brownies and other oven-baked recipes suited to the 23 x 22 cm base.

The tin measures 23 x 22 x 5 cm. The coating assists with release and cleaning, but grease or line the tin when the recipe requires it. Allow it to cool before cleaning and avoid metal utensils, abrasive pads or other tools that could scratch the coated surface.
