Alpina 8711252067636 is a black six-piece kitchen set comprising five INOX stainless-steel knives and one vegetable peeler. The dark non-stick-coated blades and shaped plastic handles are intended for varied everyday cutting tasks.
- The set contains a 32 cm bread knife, 32 cm meat knife, 32 cm Santoku knife, 23 cm utility kitchen knife, 19.5 cm paring knife and a 13 × 8 cm peeler. The knife measurements are overall lengths, not blade lengths; the source labels for several blades were corrected using exact-EAN evidence.
- Use the serrated bread knife for crusts, select the meat, Santoku or utility knife according to the ingredient and use the smaller knife or peeler for controlled preparation. Always cut on a suitable stable board and keep fingers clear of the cutting path.
- The manufacturer describes the set as dishwasher-safe, but hand washing and immediate drying are gentler on sharp edges, coating and handles. Do not use abrasive pads, leave the tools soaking or cut on glass, stone or metal surfaces.
- The blades and peeler are sharp. Keep every piece away from children, store it so edges cannot be reached accidentally, never test sharpness with a finger and do not try to catch a falling knife. Stop using a loose, cracked or badly damaged tool.
The package contains five knives and one vegetable peeler, six pieces in total. A knife block, cutting board and food are not included.
