Notes:

The mounting plate should only be applied to a clean surface, pressed in for 30 seconds and left for more than 24 hours for its fully stickness. Only then can the suction mount be fixed on it. It is recommended to attach a square pad on the back of your phone/case, it is more stable than a round one. For security reasons, use the mounting plates for all phones/cases, even iPhone 12/13.
