The MC1310SC media converter links a copper Ethernet connection to single-mode optical fiber. It has one UTP Ethernet connector and one SC optical connector.
Connection and operation
- Automatic MDI/MDI-X detection.
- Supports full-duplex and half-duplex operation and back-pressure flow control.
- Copper cabling: Cat5 UTP; supported single-mode fiber sizes: 8.3/125, 8.7/125, 9/125 or 10/125µm.
